Hello, my name is Bartel Bruneel.

I have been into drawing and animation for as long as i can remember. After my animation major was completed in 2009 at the RITCS, I started working in the audio-visual industry. Ever since I have been working as a character designer, set designer, layout artist, background painter and 2d animator. I've supervised character and/or set design on 4 productions, working closely with the line-producers and alongside the artists to reach our goals.

Since 2020 I've been combining my day-job with a position as a lecturer at the animation department of RITCS in Brussels teaching design and perspective to the students of the bachelor program.

In my free time I keep drawing and painting, developing new techniques and deepening my knowledge of pictoral design.
